How to Use

Each bottle contains 60 vegan softgels. Take 1 softgel with a meal, twice daily (e.g. one with breakfast and one with lunch or dinner). Do not take 2 at once or on an empty stomach as this may cause stomach discomfort.

Warning: If you are taking blood thinners such as Eliquis (apixaban), consult your physician before use. Sea buckthorn oil may have mild blood-thinning properties that could interact with anticoagulant medications.
