Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at puraeveryday@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used wellness/skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at puraeveryday@gmail.com.
